Most Japanese mobiles already use the vCard standard. Usually they
support the older 2.1 vCard format and tend to throw a wobbly if you
try to export multiple contact as a single vCard. In OS X's Address
Book preferences, you should switch to the 2.1 format when you are
exporting cards for your mobile.
Synchronisation is a completely different animal and while the Nokia
6630 supports the SyncML synchronisation standard, OS X does not which
is why many SyncML mobiles are not found on Apple's iSync mobile
support page.
