Can't this other server, with effective filtering, just
forward the mail to another address? In that case, create
<mykeitai@mydomain.com>, or whatever, and forward it to
<adksfjlaskdhfp97u34q2tihn2jwnahu@docomo.ne.jp>. When you start getting
spam at the latter address, either change it, or see if you can't set up
some filtering so that only your server can send to that address. (I'm
not sure if Docomo can filter based on envelope sender or not, but if it
can, just use a consistent envelope sender for all e-mail going to your
keitai and keep the original From: lines, which are what are displayed
as the sender on the phone.)
