"Select" is like clicking -- select a link and you jump to the linked url, etc.

Depends on handset. Sometimes returns to cached page, sometimes retrieves
previous page from browser.

The accesskey just allows you to use the numberpad keys instead of the select
key.
So if there's a list of 9 links and each link is tagged with an accesskey equal
to its number, then to go to link #8 you could use the down arrow until #8 is
hilighted, then hit the select button, or just hit '8'
