Why can't manufacturers agree on a single protocol to send the device
configuration OTA so that you will be able to call your operator and
ask for an SMS to configure your device automatically?
How many devices support the OMA OTA Client Provisioning? Why some
allow you to configure only the WAP profile and not the MMS? Why some
devices don't let you change the configuration you received OTA?
