often one will need a whole day to test even for minor release, and
a week to be sure for server software. still you may get new bugs.
you can cut that to a fraction, but bureaucracy is a needed evil.
maybe TE is more for cheaper electronics and Symbian will become
yet another embedded Linux? but often there are things other than
the OS core that matter.
