Hi,

I recall Japanese as original inventor of this idea.

Similar technology has been used by guides at the airport, to show 'stop'
sign for the aircraft.

Maybe in accident situation in the dark night, you would like to warn other
traffic...

Kids will probably love this also.

And another one...

Nokia will release its forthcoming 3220 line with a new feature, that
allows users to display up to 15 characters in mid-air. This feature
controls 15 leds that light up systematically. When waved in the air, the
eye perceives the complete sequence. (This has been used previously for
marketing gimmicks).
