(keitai-l) translator/dictionary

hi,

not sure how interesting this is, but as ppl was more positive to my news 
thing than expected so here goes; for those who get nightmares about scary 
looking kanjis and strange japanese words and sentences, ive added a 
jp/en dictionary + translator to:

_should_ work on imode/jsky/ezweb.. though i only own an ezweb phone so 
the support for others are still a bit.. erh... experimental. :)
