Actually, a solution to this has been around for years.
Software can easily and accurately filter out adult content based on the
colour distribution of photos. In other words if there is a certain
threshold of naked flesh in the picture, it will be considered adult
material. Trust me, Saudi Telecom will not hesitate for a moment to put
such software into their MMS gateway.
There you go, anybody from Logica on this list - pick up the phone to
your Middle East sales guys and give them a lead, sell an islam conform
MMS and just in case they need a project manager ...
