(keitai-l) Application Development in i-mode platforms

Hi Friends -

Greetings. We are planning to undertake a few specific application
development
in i-mode environment. Since, our development team is based out of Japan, we
are
facing access problems with regards to infrastructure & devices to test run
for final
roll-out. We have used a few local and web based emulators, but have found
them not so good.

Is there any standard (established) emulator, or SDK available for i-mode
platform?
Suggestions, feedback, information will be of great help.
