Sure others on the list deal with using japanese only apps (such as
J-Phone's tools or yahoo-j-messenger) that come up mostly in gibberish on an
english system.
for web page browsing, of course you can install fonts, but this doesn't
work for apps.
however, i'm a bit daunted to switch to a full japanese OS (eg how to find
the "administrator" control panel?).
is there a solution for win2k/xp that will plug in the system level fonts
for making app menus etc render correctly in japanese?
