Correct. In fact, the NOL format is really simple (apart from one minor
issue) and the spec is available somewhere on Nokias site. Going from
for instance B/W xbm (textbased) to the HEX dump that can easily be used
in an SMS server only needs about 15 lines of an awk script (presumably
there is a perl one-lines too for those so inclined ;-).
The minor issue to solve after that is to get the *correct* Operator ID
in the right place of the HEX dump.
