OK let's take a step back. If you're trying to send email to imode, it should be
encoded according to RFC 1554, that is for japanese in the header subject line,
it should be base64 encoded jis (iso-2022-jp) wrapped and line-break'd properly.
So, the original string you have (=?ISO-2022-JP?B?GyRCRnxLXDhsGyhC?=) is a
perfectly acceptable subject line.
The Japanese body of the email should be plain old jis encoded text.
Then the email should have no problem displaying on imode. sjis is the encoding
standard for i-mode webpages, but not email.
Hope the clarifies.
