I see.   The misprint was in my brain.  Happens a lot
recently.  Thanks.

I wonder if the pricing is part of a DoCoMo-wide strategy,
or if the local DoCoMo operators have leeway with
these things.  There is the NTT East/West split, at least
nominally -- not that I've ever taken it seriously.
