From the gist of your e-mail, it seems you got the impression that it
was being suggested that DoCoMo was trying to prevent enjokosai activity
for the public good. But that is not the case. Of course the only reason
they did it was to protect the brand identity. The only reason enjokosai
comes into it is because they had a real world example of how a brand
(DialQ) can suffer if the public perceives it to be for one thing when
you intended another.
