I have also had delays in email and the pleasure of being discounted
mid-session. DoCoMo still is not doing to badly for what will soon be the
world's largest ISP.
I should have a tracert app that you can run on your i-mode phone up in a
day or two. This of course is no use if your i-mode gateway is the one that
is down ;)
