Hi All!
A very general question:
If I'm developing a site which can display content on different kinds of
devices (with different PDLs), I can follow several different approaches,
such as:
1. I have as many XSL templates as there are different kinds of devices.
The XML with content only needs to refer to the right XSL depending on the
device which requested it.
2. I have parsers which convert HTML to an appropriate PDL
(WML/HDML/cHTML/MML) depending on the device.
What are the other approaches which one can follow? What are the
merits/demerits of each?
TIA
Sujith
