Germans (worlds 3rd biggest internet market) will do.
And i know that, i am german but live in Tokyo.
Today i had a random look into the german newsservice
http://www.heise.de and found reports about outages of the
biggest popular provider T-Online, big problems in germans
most popular Freemail service GMX.net, general backbone
problems in germany, more problems with Web.de, losses of
several thousand domain names because of DNS problems...
And this all in only 48 hours! Believe me, in 2 days
everybody in germany forgets about these problems, but they
still complain even if everything works.
So, please don't tell us that westerns don't tolerate
a loss of service...
So what's your point here?
