Not sure if the spec is publically available (perhaps someone on the
list from Nokia/DoCoMO/NEC/etc. could comment) but I think it's
possible to get the spec if you sign and NDA...basically it seems to
be a serial port, with the added bonus of battery recharge
connectivity.
