Mippin's most definitely aimed at publishers - there's a shared ad revenue
proposition amongst other things. As long as you have a RSS feed, then your
blog will be readable through it whatever blog or other software you use.
It's definitely not a browser solution.

Mippin looks like a nice service, but more of a service for web browsers
rather than publishers.
A couple more I remembered:
1) Tumblr is a deceptively powerful blogging platform that is amazingly free
and without adds. A mobile version of your site is automatically created.
Some examples:

- http://blog.triciaward.com/ -> http://blog.triciaward.com/mobile
2) With http://winksite.com you can create a comprehensive mobile site. You
can import RSS feeds for other sites.
