If you buy a SIM unlocked device overseas, it's hard to set up the data service here. (Impossible for flat rate at the moment ???)
I heard a rumor DoCoMo is going to open up their flat rate data plan in August. Anyone know anything more about this?
I also heard rumors that HTC is going to start selling unlocked devices here at some point.
