DoCoMo allows PC access through its mopera service.
Third parties provide web mail or MIDP applications that work on both
cells and desktops.

Mopera is I think 500 yen/month for the mailbox.

I don't know much about the Blackberry; it's not available here in
Japan. So one difference is "Blackberry works in the States; DoCoMo
