Actually - NO!
（*´▽｀*) are not gal-moji, they are just the Japanse style
computer smilies like :) or ;)
in US and Europe. Japan has a different smieiles.
（*´▽｀* etc are not girl-moji - these Japanese style smilies are
in all the keitai software.
If you have a FOMA phone, and you don't switch to English mode, then
you'll find these
Japanese style smilies in one of the input tables
