Yes, I posted about this a few weeks ago when it first came out.
The project is called "raccoon" I think - at least that is the name
of the folder and .sis files I downloaded.

I like the idea of being able to use webdav to get files onto the
phone over bluetooth as the current bluetooth implementation allows
transfers smaller than the mailbox size only.
