A colleague using Tuka in Kansai has confirmed they have been "invited" to
switch over to AU although no deadline was given.

Can you explain further?
As I understood it, Tu-Ka operates the network in Kanto, Kansai and Tokai
and roams on Vodafone's PDC network in the rest of the country ....
Which network have they turned off and which will be turned off?
