Not sure about Hong Kong - the UK one uses Philips MIFARE chips in
credit card sized holders.

Is this Oyster the same one used in Hong Kong? I was under the
impression that the Hong Kong one is Felica. (This would give it the
same relationship to phone chips as the "Suica" train card used here in
Japan, which is also based on a Felica chip.)
