(keitai-l) FeliCa Free Area Application

Does anyone have experience writing a DoJa application accessing the
so-called free area on a FeliCa enabled mobile phone?

NTT DoCoMo allows any Java application to read and write to this area.
The DoJa part is fine but I would like read the data I wrote on the
FeliCa chip with a USB FeliCa reader such as the PaSoRi
(http://www.sony.co.jp/Products/felica/pcrw/). Does NTT DoCoMo provide
a tool for this?
