Oops sorry I think the term inaccurate was not appropriate. Forget it.
The reader simply fails to recognize.
But it does work when the QR code taken by camera is sharp and clear.
As you can see on KDDI site, my phone has 2megapixel. But still it's
difficult to get a sharp shot of QR codes. Especially the QR codes in
many magazines are just too small for the camera to take a sharp shot.
