On http://www.swetake.com/qr/index.html I found good documentation on
creating QR codes.
But if you're able to create QR code by yourself you should be able to
read it too.
Of course you have to program everything on yourself. That means pattern
recognition and QR code decoding.
If you have programmed everything on yourself and based on public
knowledge (how to create QR codes) it should be ok and you do not need
to pay.
Or am I wrong?
So is it some kind of illegal or not to build a reader by yourself with
the knowledge of how creating QR codes?
