NTT and Docomo are astonishingly quick in their information processing. 
I have a variety of phones and telephone lines and this or that one is 
always getting cut. The connection is sometimes restored before I have 
left the convenience store at which I have paid the bill - and always 
within a minute or so.

There is a real commercial benefit to this - I personally cut me AU 
phone when I found they not only made a song and dance about 
re-connection, but wanted to moralize about it as well.
