(keitai-l) Is there anything like the hiptop device in Japan?

Greetings everyone,

Does anybody recall any device like the hiptop from Danger (branded as 
Sidekick by T-Mobile USA) in Japan? Do any of the Japanese carriers offer a 
consumer-oriented communicator (SMS, IM, Email, Web, Camera, QWERTY 
keyboard) with added voice capability?
