(keitai-l) chaku uta full

hi,

anyone tested the chaku uta full stuff? can the phones download songs 
from anywhere (and if so, are they just normal 3g2 or something, or do 
they have to be in a special format or signed somehow?) or are they 
locked to get stuff from au/kddi only? if one can download from anywhere 
it would actually be quite useful. like, you could put your whole mp3 
collection online and download what you need as you go along. :)
