(keitai-l) Mobile Database

Dear All,

I'm searching for a database containing all the Keitai models available 
in japan with all the specs (not only the one you can find on the Docomo 
/ KDDI / Voda site etc...). Ie : gif / jpg / png compilant, max size of 
a page, etc...

Do you know where we can find thoses infos (for free or to buy ..) ?
