i just changed to the win phone w21sa (my previous phone was au too) and 
  so far i'm very happy with. however, the bilingual support is somewhat 
"creative" with sentences like "14 day more play" etc. the built-in 
dictionary is god sent though as it makes writing japanese mails etc. a 
lot easier if you're rusty with kanjis.
