(keitai-l) NTT DoCoMo i-mode handsets- which one is faster

Hi,

I have few basic questions regarding the NTT DoCoMo i-mode handest. As I
found in the market, there are different handsets available from different
manufacturer like NEC, Fujitsu, sharp, Panasonic etc.. Could anyone tell me
which handset has the best processors and KVM speed among 505 and 900i
series.

I run one of the i-appli on N505is & F505i and found that the performance is
dramatically different. N505is was approximately 5 times slower than the
F505i. Is this true for 900i series of phones as well ?
