(keitai-l) phone book sync SW for Outlook to Foma N900i

Please excuse the mundane question, but does anyone know if there is a
utility out there that will synchronize your Outlook contacts with a
FOMA N900i phone? 

We have tried the utility on the NEC web page, does not seem to sync
with Outlook or .vcf files I our trials.
