there is the Goopas dev'd by Omron and now on one of the local train
co's (odakyu? keikyuu? keio? not JR).
you register your commuter pass number and keitai info, and when you put
the pass in the ticket gates, it knows you are on the train, so sends
"relevant" stuff to your phone.
real-rendou achieved thru pre-registration of two different unlinked
components.
