(keitai-l) Which Os in the FOMA Japanese phones?

Sorry for the basic question but Google is not helping me...

Which is the OS used in the last FOMA phones apart those based on 
Symbian?

Is suppose it is the classic embedded OS developed some years ago in 
Japan (I forgot the name...)
