(keitai-l) phone specs

Hi,
 
I have the vague recollection that some of this has been covered before but
was not able to find.  I have a performance and graphic capability-sensitive
application in the works.  I'm looking for detailed technical phone
specifications:
 
    - resolution
    - type of LCD including whether RGB or BGR subpixel layout
    - memory available to midlets (midlet size / heap size)
    - processor performance (integer, graphic OPs)
 
Any pointers appreciated.
