Like Curt mentioned I think if you have some type of monthly billed 300 yen
service (ie. download chakumelo, kabegami) it would be a pain not be
included in the monthly statement from DoCoMo. If you are an official menu
item they can take care of this, but if you're not then you would need to
bill them yourself or use an ASP that handles this.
It sounds like a pain to bill a couple hundred or thousand people 300 yen
every month.
I've heard that alot of services take advantage of the fact that people
forget to cancel. Maybe since it's on the DoCoMo bill, many will overlook it
and just pay.
