with 3G mobile phones and any PC with a web cam.

15 frames per second
480 x 234 pixel videocall with another fixed line videophone
(176 x 220 pixel is the standard for 3G)
Single phone cost 199 euros
2 phones set cost 299 euros
compatible with all the fixed lines including does with ISDN and ADSL
