(keitai-l) audio from chtml

Hi All,

So I was searching the archives for info on how to have my docomo phone 
play audio from a chtml page.  I found lots of interesting stuff about 
mlds, a program called smded and so forth - however the download links 
on the smded page are shot and I can't find much about the mld format on 
docomo's pages.

What are people using to create audio files for inclusion in chtml pages 
these days (or in i-applis for that matter).

Any pointers to pages with software I can actually download will be very 
gratefully appreciated.
