So I'm at the Cameraphone Summit in Maui:

Carl Atsushi Hirano the Executive Director of the i-mode Strategy 
Department, NTT DoCoMo, Inc., just gave a presentation and mentioned the 
availability of 1D bar code readers on Docomo phones (I know all about 
the 2D ones).  When I asked he said the 1D readers were available in 
appli form, i.e. java applis that access the camera and interpret the 1d 
bar code.

Does anyone know where these might be downloaded from.
