I have just completed the mobile codeatron and added it to Pukupi's 
tools section at http://pukupi.com/big/tools/codeatron/

The mobile codeatron generates DoCoMo i-mode compatible QR codes to 
plaster wherever you see fit.

It is still officially a beta so if you have any problems with it 
please contact me off list.
