hi Nick,
learning the techniques to send spams could help us understand
the problems and improve the networks.
in case anyone does offend the wireless users, and if there are
hundreds of complains, he/she will be warned and then get fined
(not much, only JPY 500,000).
please do report to <meiwaku@dekyo.or.jp> if you get spams, e.g.,
# spam info (sender)
date: 2004/04/16 1820
from: hardworker@spam.com
subject: delicious spam
received spam as it is: "..."
received spam header (if you can provide)
# your info (recipient)
your filter settings, operator specific configs
your mail address (that the spam was sent to)
your operator: {DoCoMo, au/KDDI, Vodafone.jp, TU-KA, ...}
