it's likely to attract more users to Plan-67 from the most popular
Plan-49 which is carefully excluded from the flat-rate data pack.
it's a typical DoCoMo consumer psychology trick of "we have it"
while the offer is not for the majority of customers.
having been losing competition edge and market share for the last
three years, the 900i series is said DoCoMo's last chance to hold
the slide. apparently, DoCoMo is convinced the new 900i handsets
are not enough. it's really a good opportunity now that the once
feared competitor Vodafone Japan isn't performing well recently.
but we still have to see. DoCoMo usually acquires most subscribers
in March. let's see how FOMA will perform against au/KDDI.
