Many months ago we here discussing about the possibility of Wi-Fi
being in competition with 3G.
And as expected it looks like it was just something having not much
sense.
More and more Telco operators are now developing business models
integrating both technologies that have different values depending on

Vodafone Spain to offer customers Wi-Fi access via the KubiWireless
network
KubiWireless and Vodafone Spain today announce the signing of a
commercial agreement under which Vodafone customers will have high
speed, wireless Internet access using Wi-Fi technology in all Kubi
Wireless "hotspots" in Spain.
KubiWireless, a Spanish company developing the first network of
wireless hotspots for high speed Internet access in Spain, and Vodafone
Spain have today announced the signing of a commercial agreement under
which Vodafone customers will have mobile Internet access in all
KubiWireless "hotspots" in Spain, using Wi-Fi technology.
