(keitai-l) Re: chaku-melo vs. chaku-uta

Hi Andrea

What was the device? Are you sure it was a chaku-movie or a regular movie? 
Maybe WIN changed the spec, but pre-WIN there is no point making one longer 
than 15s because it wont be seen anyway.
