From my tests:
me@jp-t.ne.jp: Fails with a 554 smtp error
me@t.vodaphone.ne.jp: No such domain. :-)
me@t.vodafone.ne.jp: Nothing (mail server log tells me
mx.t.vodafone.ne.jp [210.175.1.210]: Connection refused
)
My mail server is on a static IP from biglobe. Have they implemented a
"everyone-at-biglobe-is-a-spammer" policy, as Docomo did 18 months ago? If
so, is there a way to get white-listed?
