What do you mean by the Nokia series 30 dev. system?  If you are referring to the 
Nokia Developer's Suite then have you tried just doing the build using an Ant script? 
Nokia have example scripts on their Forum Nokia site - I'd recommend the article on 
using Ant + Antenna.
