(keitai-l) mobile site billing

Hi there.
Are there any tools or proccesses for support billing for accessing to
internet sites from KDDI mobile or another companies? How it works? Is
there
any description of it in english?
If I'd like to allow the user pay by bank transfer - what I need to do
for it on my pages? Is there any description of it in english?
